Why I started Leadership Training

Like most students, I grew up believing academic excellence alone guarantees career success. I studied hard, secured a seat at NIT Trichy—India's 8th-ranked engineering college, and pursued mechanical engineering. Yet, during internships and placements, I saw a different reality—technical skills weren’t the only deciding factor. While many with higher academic scores struggled, I landed top roles at Bosch and Schneider Electric. The differentiator? Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.In my corporate journey, I was entrusted with leadership roles far beyond my experience—managing 90 employees in supply chain operations and later leading a team of 10 engineers in a high-stakes quality management role. But the pressure was immense, and I struggled. I thought leadership meant having all the answers, so I focused on mastering the technical complexities. I led with authority and control, expecting my team to follow my orders. But instead, I faced operational struggles, mounting pressure and failures.That’s when I came across Simon Sinek referencing David Marquet’s book 'Turn the Ship Around'—a perspective shift that changed everything. I realized leadership isn’t about being the smartest in the room—it’s about empowering your team to do their best work, and that great leaders don’t command and control—they inspire through trust. I immersed myself in leadership trainings, studied the greatest minds in the field, and consistently practiced what I learned. I listened more, coached my team, and empowered them with ownership. As a result, team morale, operational output, and efficiency improved—and I earned my team’s respect.Over time, I was recognized and handpicked for advanced leadership programs, high-impact global projects, and strategic meetings with senior executives—not because I was the most technically skilled, but because I had developed the leadership skills, power skills, and people skills that drive corporate success. Now, it's my mission to help employees develop the skills that drive exceptional performance and strong collaboration.

About Me:

I hold a Mechanical Engineering degree from NIT Trichy—India’s 8th-ranked engineering college—and have a proven track record of high-performance in Global Supply Chain Operations at Schneider Electric and Bosch. I’ve led diverse teams—including 90+ production employees, 10+ engineers, and senior cross-functional teams—collaborating with global teams to manage complex manufacturing operations and drive business success. These experiences honed my expertise in leadership, process optimization, and strategic management.
I am a certified John Maxwell Trainer & Coach, trained by the globally recognized John Maxwell Leadership Team. During my corporate tenure, I was selected for advanced leadership programs, including Schneider Electric’s elite Leadership Club for high-potential talent. I was among the youngest of 40 employees nominated from business units across India.
Beyond the corporate world, I have dedicated 3 years to voluntary service at a non-profit, helping individuals overcome personal barriers, discover their purpose, and transform their lives.

1. Services Offered: We offer leadership coaching, mentoring, and training programs delivered through live online or in-person sessions for individual clients and corporate organizations.
2. Access and Onboarding: Upon payment, clients undergo an onboarding process. Session schedules, access instructions, and relevant resources will be provided accordingly.
3. Session Scheduling: Coaching and training sessions are pre-scheduled. Rescheduling is only possible in special cases — with at least 2 days’ notice for 1:1 clients, and 2 weeks for corporate clients. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited, and no refunds are issued for the same.
4. Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to participate fully, implement the systems methodically, and take responsibility for their learning and growth. While we provide powerful coaching frameworks, tools and support, the outcome depends on the client's effort and implementation.
5. Intellectual Property: All content, frameworks, worksheets, and materials shared during the program are the intellectual property of George Mathew Training Solutions and are not to be shared, reproduced, or resold without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability: George Mathew Training Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. By enrolling, you agree that results are not guaranteed and that your success depends on your personal effort and application.
7. Refund Eligibility: If you complete the entire program, implement the system provided, and still find no value, you may request a full refund within 7 days of program completion. Proof of participation and implementation may be required. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
8. Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds will be provided for partial participation, non-completion, missed sessions, failure to apply the systems and strategies provided, or change of mind after program commencement.
